Join historic preservation alumni in a series of virtual discussions for our current students and recent graduates. We are scheduling four panel discussions based on the concentrations: Architectural Conservation, Preservation Design, Preservation Planning, and Public History of the Built Environment.
For the first half of the discussion each of our panelists will introduce themselves and give their perspective or the “state of the union” for the profession, especially considering the effects of the pandemic. During the second part of the discussion our panelists will offer advice on what should be included in an effective portfolio and resume. Panelists are encouraged to offer suggestions on how to efficiently engage in networking during this time of uncertainty. Choose the discussions you would like to join and RSVP with Kali Meeks.
Each discussion is scheduled for 10:30am (EST) on the following dates:
July 27: Preservation Design
July 31: Preservation Planning
August 4: Architectural Conservation
August 7: Public History of the Built Environment
