Peichao Di

Peichao Di is the Real Estate Project Manager at the University of Pennsylvania’s Facilities and Real Estate Services (FRES), where he oversees complex development projects, coordinating planning, design, construction, and operations. With a Master of Architecture from Penn, Peichao combines strong design expertise with strategic project leadership. He is a licensed architect (RA, NY) and holds AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, and PMP certifications. Before joining FRES, he gained valuable experience at Coscia Moos Architecture, building a strong foundation in design and construction. Peichao is passionate about creating spaces that foster innovation, community, and sustainability. He currently serves as Vice President of the Penn Weitzman Alumni Association, supporting alumni engagement and leadership initiatives. Active in ULI Philadelphia, he remains deeply connected to the broader real estate and design communities. Peichao is committed to delivering projects that balance design excellence, operational efficiency, and long-term value.
